How do you know all this stuff?

I was a conventional personal trainer turned Diet Culture Dropout! I have experience working with clients who so desperately want to feel worthy, valued and confident, and diet culture, with all its social constructs, was only making this worse. I have already helped so many women to feel stronger, empowered and more confident.

 

Most importantly though, I have been there. I have lived through my own diet culture dungeon escape and lived to tell the tale! It’s my mission to help as many women as I can do the same.

 

I have also invested time, energy and money into my own mindset journey. I have taken my experiences and what I have found to be truly effective and put it into this programme. This combined with my personal training qualifications and years of experiences has built up this one stop 12 week accelerated programme to take you from prisoner of your diet culture dungeon to official Diet Culture Dropout Club member!


How will it work?
Once I have received your consultation forms back and have created your personalised training plan, we will have our 1 hour 1:1 mindset call where we discuss all things mindset workout related and build your sparkling self-belief before the 12 week programme starts.

 

You will have access to your personalised 12 week progressive training programme in the Trainerize app, where you will also find your mindset handbook covering everything we spoke about during your 1:1 call so you can refer back whenever you like. There is a video demonstration library for all exercises, this alongside personal form checks will allow you to perform exercises confidently, correctly and safely. 

 

You will also get access to the private Diet Culture Dropout Club Facebook group for support, motivation and a community of like-minded dropout darlings. This Facebook group will be jam-packed with mindset and training tips, monthly live Q&As and monthly guest experts.

 

There will be a weekly VIP newsletter filled with mindset and training tips exclusively for my dropout darlings.

 

Regular check ins through the Trainerize app and the private Facebook group will continually support, motivate and empower you throughout this whole process. 

 

At the end of the programme there will be a 1:1 graduation call where we assess your progress in both your training and mindset workouts, set goals for the future and you can decide whether you would like to undertake another 12 week programme or become an official member of the Diet Culture Dropout Club!
