I’ve been on my own personal contentment journey when it comes to my body for some time now, in fact, for as long as I can remember
I’ve moved my body in order to lose as much weight as possible
I’ve pushed my body to its limits in order to get as strong as possible
I’ve restricted fuelling my body in order to eat as little as possible

You want to move your body from a place of self-love rather than self-loathe
You want to find a form of movement that challenges you but also feels like a form of self-care

FLO with JNY are 45 minute Vinyasa Flow practices that will:
☁️ Introduce you to the wonderful world of yoga or expand your existing knowledge of it
☁️ Help you to improve your flexibility, balance and strength
☁️ Give you the opportunity to feel present on your mat in a safe space
☁️ Help you to discover how to use movement as a form of self-care
☁️ Help you to fall back in love with your body and find your own santosha
FLO with JNY currently holds practices on Tuesdays at 6pm at Wake House, 41 North Street, Bourne, PE10 9AE
